Oh, my gosh!
Posted by Pamela Ribon on Apr 19, 2010 in Going In Circles Drive | 3 commentsOver two hundred donations! This is so very exciting. One week, two hundred and six books. Dewey would be clapping for you, but he has no hands.
…He has to read with his heart. (And audiobooks!)
Winners from the weekend are:
Michelle Frits
Tamara Blaich
Yay! 200 books! Did you give? Do you still want to? YOU CAN!

I ordered Blade: Playing Dead for Benton Harbor!
I sent Cystic Fibrosis: The Ultimate Teen Guide and 30 Scripts for Relaxation Imagery and Inner Healing to UCSF Children’s Hospital to help empty out their wishlist and because UCSF did a great job taking care of me once. And then, since I went to grad school in Michigan and have actually been to Benton Harbor, I sent its public library Suite Scarlett, Generation Dead (which had a rave review from someone who’s “12 3/4″), and The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Goth Girl.
I have already looked up the next derby event and roped a friend into going with me. Who knew that there was so much non-horse derby in Kentucky?
Thanks again!
